A thoughtful and endlessly creative planner, Leigh brings care, curiosity, and collaboration to every project.
With a Master... of Planning, a sharp design sensibility, and a passion for placemaking, tactical urbanism, and visual storytelling, he’s already making waves in the planning world.
From leading The Yellow Cube two-part zine series while he was at @ucalgarysapl, to exploring Southern Alberta by foot and bike; Leigh’s work is shaped by hands-on experience and a deep love for cities.

We had a great time connecting at our exhibitor booth and diving into key industry ...conversations.
👏 Big shoutout to Nathan & Kayla for their feature stage presentation on proactive land use monitoring around pipeline systems—key for safety, risk mitigation, and collaboration. And to Oliver for his insights in Working Group 12, exploring right-of-way management, regulatory challenges, and emerging technologies.
