Our Urban Design team joined @ulialberta’s Young Leaders Group, Astra Group, and Peoplefirst Developments for a behind-the-scenes look at the PetroFina redevelopment—an ambitious ...office-to-residential conversion in Calgary’s Downtown West End.
This adaptive reuse project is transforming a heritage office building into 103 new homes, blending preservation with much-needed housing supply. It’s a smart, timely response to Calgary’s downtown revitalization strategy—turning underused space into community-building opportunity.
