Today at the @ite.canada Northern Alberta: September 2025 luncheon, our own Jack Niepsuj, Director, Transportation in @cimaplusca’s Edmonton office, joined the @cityofedmonton to discuss upcoming ...changes to the Complete Streets Design and Construction Standards.
Jack shared his expertise on how the updated standards will shape future projects and support safer, more accessible, and active modes of travel across the city.
And in true B&A fashion, Brian Murray couldn’t resist crashing the event—joining our CIMA+ colleagues Luc Surette, Sianna Hasson, Shawn Sproule, and Glen Campbell at the luncheon. Big thanks to the team for letting him tag along!

- Jennifer Chesworth (Giesbrecht), RPP, MCIP joins us as an Associate Planner. She brings a strong ...background in planning and development from her time at Township, Royop, and Quantum Place.
- Joshua F Matheusik joins the CIMA+ Infrastructure team after more than 15 years at Stantec, adding depth and expertise in engineering and land development. Josh will lead land development projects within the city of Calgary.
- Michael Sydenham joins our CIMA+ Transportation Mobility Team from the City of Calgary, bringing both public and private sector experience to help grow our transportation practice.
We’re excited for the energy, knowledge, and leadership Jennifer, Josh, and Michael bring. We look forward to all they’ll contribute to our team, our clients and the communities we serve!
