Great News for Sherwood Park! We're excited to announce that Strathcona County Council approved a plan for the development of approximately 120 new ...homes in Sherwood Park! This project, located at 100 Fir Street, will provide much-needed near-market housing options for the community.
Our Edmonton team, alongside RPK Architects, is proud to have partnered with Heartland Housing Foundation to make this project a reality. This development is the result of extensive community involvement, including multiple information sessions and online surveys.

Last night, our Urban Design and Planning teams had a thought-provoking session @dtalks_calgary “Let’s Talk About Home” held @contemporarycalgary.
The event went beyond the ...traditional definition of “home as a shelter” and explored the concept through the lens of marginalized communities. These communities, including Indigenous peoples, people facing poverty, and racialized groups, are often left out of conversations about affordable and accessible housing.
By understanding their perspectives, we can gain valuable insights as we work towards more inclusive solutions to the growing housing crisis.
